THE ESTATE

Kayube Estate sits on the banks of the mighty River Zambezi in Zambia. It has stayed in the same family ownership since the land was acquired in 1997 from the local chief, Chief Mukuni, who gave it it’s name, Kayube means ‘hideaway’. 

Across 90 hectares, the Kayube Estate is today made up of six properties, all sitting on the edge of the riverbank. The setting for each is entirely unique, with backdrops and game viewing that is the envy of many surrounding properties. 

Situated near less than 30 minutes away from Livingstone airport; or 90 minutes from Victoria Falls airport; the Estate is very accessible.
